Customers who wish to purchase the data files are encouraged to read this page in its entirety before ordering. There are NO REFUNDS.
These files can only be purchased from our secure website using a credit card. We no longer accept database orders by mail. All orders received by mail will be returned to the sender. The file is in CSV format and can be opened using standard software programs such as excel. The Commission/Board does not provide technical support.
Once purchased, the file is available for immediate download. You will receive an email that will include the link to the database. That link is good for the month that it was ordered in. The link will expire on the first day of the following month and will no longer be accessible. Please be sure to make a backup copy of the ordered file. We will not re-send the previous month’s database because of loss or file corruption.
